Son frescas y dejan que los pies se aireen. Sin embargo, por c\u00f3modas que puedan parecer o resultar, el hecho de que tengan la suela plana (como ocurre tambi\u00e9n con otros tipos de zapatos como algunas sandalias o las bailarinas) pueden causar distintos problemas a nuestra salud. En este art\u00edculo te ense\u00f1amos algunas de las desventajas:<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"font_secondary color_gray_ultra_dark\">Lesiones en las articulaciones<\/h3>\n<p class=\"\">Entre los principales inconvenientes que pueden surgir, est\u00e1 la <strong>fascitis plantar<\/strong>, que es una inflamaci\u00f3n de la fascia plantar \u2014una fuerte y gruesa l\u00e1mina de tejido fibroso situada en la planta del pie\u2014 aclara la pod\u00f3loga. Este tejido abarca desde el calc\u00e1neo (hueso que forma el tal\u00f3n) hasta los dedos y entre sus funciones principales se encuentran dar estabilidad a la pisada y absorber impactos durante la actividad. Al lesionarlo podemos sentir <strong>un dolor agudo que suele ser m\u00e1s intenso por las ma\u00f1anas al dar los primeros pasos<\/strong>, tras conservar a\u00fan cierta rigidez por la falta de actividad muscular nocturna.<\/p>\n<p>Aunque una fascitis plantar <strong>tambi\u00e9n puede aparecer despu\u00e9s de largos per\u00edodos de reposo<\/strong>, como estar varias horas sentado en la oficina o por un exceso de carga en el pie causado por correr largas distancias, andar sobre terrenos desfavorables o tener sobrepeso, el uso de calzado inadecuado (con una suela demasiado plana o una sujeci\u00f3n deficiente del arco plantar o del tal\u00f3n) es uno de los motivos m\u00e1s habituales.<\/p>\n<div id=\"ctn_article_body\" class=\"a_b article_body | color_gray_dark\">\n<h3 class=\"font_secondary color_gray_ultra_dark\">Rozaduras, ampollas y quemaduras<\/h3>\n<p class=\"\">Que los pies est\u00e9n al descubierto y casi en contacto directo con el suelo, unido a la sudoraci\u00f3n y la dilataci\u00f3n por el calor, puede generar <strong>quemaduras por el sol, rozaduras o ampollas<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">Por esto, no debemos olvidar cuidar los pies con crema protectora y, si nos sale una ampolla, la pod\u00f3loga indica que \u00ab<strong>es recomendable explotar las ampollas para drenar el l\u00edquido y curarlas<\/strong> con povidona yodada para evitar infecciones sin retirar la piel superficial, despu\u00e9s cubrirlas con un ap\u00f3sito\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">En definitiva, aunque pueda parecer la opci\u00f3n m\u00e1s c\u00f3moda y fresca para el verano, en realidad no es saludable. La experta recomienda usar una calzado que tenga una buena sujeci\u00f3n, suela de goma y plataforma delantera y trasera.
